Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.About The RoleThe Jr. Controller is responsible for supporting the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting.Integral leader in finance & controlling activities, with heavy business partnering ability and will routinely interface with Operations and Sales teams to help monitor, push, forecast and challenge day-to-day operations that influence Revenue, Working Capital, Forecasting.ResponsibilitiesSupport LE Finance Head to monitor and control and report business performanceUnderstands operations and can translate and anticipate financial outcomesFamiliar with Over Time and Point in Time revenue recognition methodsAnalyses and closes deviations between Actual, RFC and budget including analytical review of the monthly operating results to ensure accurate accounting records are maintainedIdentifies areas for cost process improvement initiativesAssesses financial contracts from a cost and risk perspectiveEnsures adherence to cost calculation standards in pre-calculationsSupport LE Finance Head to establish meaningful KPIs and manages tracking and monitoring processSupports Balance Sheet review process, including Fixed Asset, WIP and inventory analysis, leading cycle countingPlays an integral part in both internal and external audit preparedness and support QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following:Proficient MS Office, incl.
