This role plays a key part in the close and reporting process, while partnering across teams to deliver accurate insights and support operational decision-making.If you're someone who likes being deeply involved in the accounting cycle while gaining broad exposure, this is a high-impact opportunity.Why You'll Want This Role:Own key components of the month-end close and financial reporting processGain exposure across multiple areas, including inventory, AR, and cash flowPartner with operations and leadership to support business decisionsBuild well-rounded experience in an operational accounting environmentContribute directly to accurate financials and performance insights Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and accrualsPrepare and analyze balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations; investigate and resolve variancesManage expense, inventory, and intercompany allocationsSupport AR functions, including billing, cash application, and collectionsPerform inventory accounting, including reconciliations, adjustments, and reportingAssist with cash forecasting and cash flow monitoringPrepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and supporting schedulesCollaborate with internal stakeholders and auditors to support audits and compliance Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:3-5+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong hands-on experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and allocationsExposure to inventory accounting, AR, and cash flow processesBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferredStrong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detailEffective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
