Robotic Operator / Programmer

AAA USA is seeking an experienced *Robotic Operator / Programmer* for a long-term manufacturing opportunity in the Jupiter, Florida area.
We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience *operating and/or programming industrial production robots*. Experience with *ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa/Motoman, or similar industrial robotic systems* is highly desirable.
This position will support an automated *thermal spray/coatings operation used on gas turbine components*. Previous thermal spray experience is a plus but is not required for candidates with strong production robotics experience.
*What You'll Do*
* Operate and program industrial production robots and automated equipment.
* Set up and prepare robotic equipment and components for production.
* Select, verify, modify, and execute robotic programs and process parameters.
* Use teach pendants and robotic controls to make program and position adjustments.
* Monitor automated production processes and equipment performance.
* Troubleshoot robot faults, alarms, positioning issues, and process interruptions.
* Perform equipment setup and basic scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
* Follow detailed work instructions and technical process specifications.
* Perform visual inspections and take required process measurements.
* Complete quality and production documentation.
* Identify and report process or equipment deviations.
* Maintain a clean and safe production environment.
* Follow all applicable quality, safety, and EHS requirements.
*Qualifications*
* *2+ years of experience operating and/or programming industrial production robots.*
* Hands-on experience with industrial robotic systems such as *ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa/Motoman, or similar equipment*.
* Experience using robotic teach pendants and/or modifying robotic programs is strongly preferred.
* Experience working with robotic cells or automated production equipment.
* Ability to troubleshoot robotic equipment and production processes.
* Ability to read and follow technical work instructions and process specifications.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
* Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
