If you're hungry, ambitious, and ready to grow into an AE role with $180,000 OTE, Fund Launch is where you want to be.Role OverviewAs an SDR at Fund Launch, your mission is simple: drive new business by engaging and qualifying inbound leads generated by our marketing engine.You’ll be the first point of contact for entrepreneurs looking to launch, or scale a fund, representing our brand, uncovering needs, and booking high-quality sales conversations for our Account Executives—or for your future self once you’re promoted.This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a career in tech sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready for rapid advancement.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead Engagement & QualificationRapidly contact inbound leads from webinars, funnels, paid ads, email campaigns, and automated sequences.Qualify prospects based on fit, goals, timeline, and readiness.Follow structured call, text, and email cadences to maximize contact and booking rates.Outbound & Pipeline GenerationRe-engage older leads with targeted outbound sequences.Follow up with webinar attendees, event registrants, and engaged leads from marketing content.Use AI tools and CRM insights to personalize outreach.Book Qualified MeetingsSchedule high-quality sales calls for Account Executives.Ensure prospects are aligned, prepared, and show up for their appointments.Maintain strong conversion rates from booking → show-up → qualified opportunity.CRM Management & ReportingUpdate CRM records accurately after every interaction.Track activity metrics such as dials, connections, booked calls, and conversions.Use dashboards and reporting to identify bottlenecks and improve performance.Collaboration & Skill BuildingWork closely with the marketing team to share insights on lead quality.Partner with AEs to refine messaging and ideal client profiles.Participate in coaching sessions to level up skills in: tonality, objection handling, messaging, and pipeline management.Performance OptimizationLeverage Fund Launch scripts, frameworks, and AI-driven tools to improve contact and booking rates.Test messaging and cadences to improve overall KPIs.Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and booking goals.Who Thrives in This RoleYou’re a strong fit if you are:Highly coachable and eager to advance quicklyCompetitive and motivated by hitting measurable goalsConfident speaking with entrepreneurs and business leadersCurious about AI, funds, business, and personal developmentOrganized, structured, and consistent with follow-upHungry for growth and upward mobilityPrior SDR Experience is a bonus, but not required —we hire for attitude, intelligence, and work ethic.Compensation & Growth Path$40,000 base salary~ $40,000 performance pay (annualized OTE: ~$80,000)Clear path to Account Executive promotionAE role offers $180,000+ OTEAccess to world-class sales, communication, and AI-driven systems trainingMassive growth opportunities inside a rapidly scaling companyResults:Call target per day is hit and trackedTarget of qualified meetings booked per week/month is hitAll client interactions are properly documented in CRMEfficient with email, and textingGood over the phoneDesire to learn salesExcellent communication skillsHighly persistent when faced with objectionsWell organized, and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and reviewed by SDR managerWhy Join Fund Launch?Be part of a high-growth companyJoin an elite sales team at the center of our upcoming AI product launch.Work in a fast-paced environment with major room for advancement.Gain hands-on sales experience while learning fund strategy, AI, and business development.Thrive in a performance-driven culture that rewards results and ownership.How to ApplyApply here on LinkedIn
