As a sales manager for our CRM product (our fastest-growing product line), you will be responsible for building, growing, and developing the very best CRM sales team by providing expert-level industry and sales knowledge, while coaching, training, and focusing on process improvement.The ideal candidate will value transparency and diversity, be driven to success, constantly curious, and have a passion for collaborating with, developing, and helping others. You should excel in building new teams while coaching experienced Account Executives on selling a CRM product suite.Come join our team so, together, we can impact how teams work across the globe!Requirements3+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales management 3+ years of experience selling a CRM SaaS solutionFull Direct (New Business) sales cycle management & Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience required. Partnership experience is a plus!Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
