Oracle Cloud HCM Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cloud HCM Program Managerto lead and manage large-scale Cloud HCM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong program management experience across HCM transformation, implementation, integration, and enterprise HR technology programs. This is along-term opportunitywith a remote work arrangement andoccasional travel to Atlanta, GAas required.10+ years of experience in IT Program/Project Management. Strong experience managing Cloud HCM programs or large-scale HCM transformation initiatives .Experience managing complex, enterprise-level programs with multiple workstreams. Strong understanding of HCM implementation lifecycle, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Strong experience with program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and vendor management. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel occasionally toAtlanta, GA .Preferred Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, or other major Cloud HCM platforms .Experience with enterprise HR transformation programs. PMP, PgMP, or similar program/project management certification is a plus. Experience working with distributed/global teams.
