Senior Full-Stack Developer (React / Next.js / NestJS)Remote (LATAM)Menaia is building software that helps field service companies manage leads, estimates, jobs, scheduling, communication, and reporting in one platform.We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who can take ownership of features from concept to production, work independently, and leverage modern AI tools to deliver high-quality software efficiently.Tech Stack* TypeScript* React* Next.js* Tailwind CSS* shadcn/ui* NestJS* Drizzle ORM* PostgreSQL* Redis* AWS* Docker* Claude Code and AI-assisted development toolsResponsibilities* Build and own features from idea to production.* Develop modern frontend applications using React and Next.js.* Design and implement backend services and APIs using NestJS.* Participate in product and technical discussions.* Review code and maintain high engineering standards.* Use AI development tools effectively as part of your daily workflow.* Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.Requirements* 6+ years of professional software development experience.* Strong experience with TypeScript.* Strong experience with React and Next.js.* Strong experience with NestJS.* Experience with PostgreSQL.* Experience with AWS and Docker.* Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, Windsurf, or similar as part of your daily development workflow.* Fluent spoken and written English.* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.Nice to Have* Redis experience.* SaaS product experience.* Startup experience.CompensationStarting at $2,000 USD/month, depending on experience and fit.LocationRemote within Latin America.
