They play a crucial role in supporting HR operations through technological tools and data analysis.Main Tasks: Collect data from systems and internal parties Analyze reports and provide recommendations Create process maps Prepare clear, readable reports of findings and present recommendations to HR leaders Support ad-hoc projects for both internal and external partiesAssist HR employees with aspects of employee compensation, benefits, or training based on data analysis.Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas requiring SOPs and develop comprehensive proposals with detailed information. Identify automation or improvement opportunities Identify and implement technology utilizationRequirements:A student of Human Resources, Business Management, or Data AnalyticsAt least a year and a half study balanceAvailable to work on-site 20 hours per week in our Virginia Beach HQSystems orientedAnalytical skills
