In this role, you will lead and support a dedicated nursing team, partner with campus leadership, and help ensure consistent, compassionate care in a setting where relationships matter and leadership is present.Opportunity Details:Full time dayshiftThis position offers a $95,000+ starting salary (based on experience), a quality-driven bonus structure and an excellent benefits package.This position is full time, in person at the Harrisburg location- The Ecumenical Retirement Community (3525 Canby Street, Harrisburg PA 17109).
