Role Description We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) or Licensed Mental Health Professional-Supervisee (LMHP-S) for a contract, hybrid role based in Roanoke, VA, with flexibility for partial work-from-home options. The role involves conducting mental health assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapeutic services to clients, and maintaining thorough clinical documentation. The LMHP/LMHP-S will work closely with clients and their families to provide guidance, crisis intervention, and case management, adhering to ethical and professional standards. Qualifications Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) or Licensed Mental Health Professional-Supervisee (LMHP-S) in VirginiaStrong skills in conducting thorough mental health assessments and developing treatment plansExpertise in therapeutic interventions, counseling techniques, and case managementProficiency in maintaining accurate, organized, and timely clinical documentationExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team membersCompassionate, empathetic, and committed to client confidentiality and ethical practicesExperience with telehealth platforms and remote work structure is a plusMaster’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
