Clinicians also have opportunities to support clinically driven trainings and contribute to a strong, mission‑focused clinical culture.Job ResponsibilitiesProvideindividual, group, and family therapyto children, adolescents, and adultsConductintake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planningUtilizetrauma‑informed approachesand evidence‑based practicesRespond to and supportcrisis situations, including on‑call crisis coverage (rotating)Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time in accordance with licensing and payer requirementsCollaborate with treatment teams, case managers, and external stakeholdersMaintain 22-24+ sessions weeklyParticipatein supervision, treatment team meetings, and consultationsSupport and/or deliverclinically driventrainingsas assignedEnsure compliance with regulatory and licensing standards (DBHDS, DMAS, CARF, and other EBPs)RepresentHopeTree Family Servicesprofessionally within the communityEducation and Experience: Master’s degree in Human Services, Behavioral Health, or a related field from an accredited programExperience providing psychotherapy and treatment planningExperience working with diverse populations, including individuals with: Serious Mental Illness (SMI)Trauma and behavioral challengesCertificates, Licenses, and Registrations:Licensed Mental Health Provider (LMHP)orLicensed Mental Health Provider‑Eligible (LMHP‑E)LPC Resident, LMFT Resident, or LCSW Supervisee acceptedOther Requirements:Experience with diagnostic formulation and clinical assessmentSpecialized training or certifications in trauma‑focused or experiential therapiesFamiliarity with child‑serving systems and interdisciplinary collaborationOther Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated ability and willingness to accept feedback - and adapt their own behavior in response to feedback.
