Job DescriptionAramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Full-Time Dietitian at The Manor at Seneca Hill in Oswego, NY. This long term care position is perfect for seasoned dietitians and newly credentialed RDs.Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm, No Weekends Required!About the Facility: The Manor at Seneca HIll is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility where residents enjoy a homelike environment. Residents' healthcare needs are met by an interdisciplinary team for short term rehab and long term residents. In fact, The Manor is the ONLY nursing home in Oswego County to receive a 5-star rating in 2022Compensation DataCOMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $63,000.00 to $72,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. For jobs in San Francisco, this includes the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.Job ResponsibilitiesAssess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needsProvide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changesCollaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition careAttend interdisciplinary meetings including wound rounds at the facilityMonitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as neededParticipate in quality improvement projects for the nutrition departmentStay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutritionAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
