Full-Stack Software EngineersWe are hiring experienced Full-Stack Software Engineers, Backend Engineers, Application Engineers, and Product Engineers to build production software on top of frontier AI models.You will work directly with an AI lab’s engineering team to build applications, integrate pre-release model APIs, test new capabilities, identify failure modes, and ship working software across multiple programming-language ecosystems.What You’ll DoBuild and ship full-stack applications, backend services, APIs, internal tools, and developer utilitiesDevelop production software using Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++, TypeScript, or related languagesIntegrate pre-release AI model APIs into real applicationsBuild tool interfaces, evaluation harnesses, telemetry systems, and supporting infrastructureCreate frontend experiences using React or similar modern frameworksWork with relational databases, document databases, cloud services, and distributed systemsStress-test frontier AI models through practical software workflowsIdentify model, API, integration, reliability, and performance failuresDocument technical findings and provide clear feedback to research and engineering teamsPrototype quickly under evolving requirements and limited initial specificationsOnboard into unfamiliar repositories and deliver working code quicklyMaintain high standards for code quality,
