Paragon 28, a Zimmer Biomet company, is hiring an Sr Project Manager to support our fast-moving R&D team. The Sr. Project Manager, R&D is responsible for proactively leading multiple, single discipline efforts or at least one cross-functional project of moderate complexity within R&D. This position will be responsible for the planning, reporting, execution, control, and completion of new product introduction activities through design control and business processes through commercial release and implementation, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals while ensuring the projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with sufficient value. This is a hybrid position working out of our Englewood, Colorado location.How You'll Create ImpactProject ManagementConcurrently leads the planning and implementation of multiple single discipline and/or cross-functional projectsFacilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal functions including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Operations, and MarketingDrive project goals and deliverables definition and team execution to exceed expectationsMonitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholdersPresent reports defining project progress, problems, and solutionsBudget ManagementManage project budget and assess and manage project riskCollaborate closely with cross divisional peers to ensure appropriate P&L reportingProcess Management & ImprovementCompliantly manage all aspects of the program’s compliance mattersContribute to continuous improvement of Portfolio, Business, and Compliance processesOther duties as assignedYour BackgroundBachelor's degree in Engineering or Science and 5+ years of solid knowledge and experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in managing projectsProven experience in people management, risk management, and change management Strong organizational skills with experience concurrently managing multiple tasks or activitiesIndividual must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionallyMedical device industry experience requiredPMP certification or equivalent preferredExperience in managing Hardware and/or Software project execution preferredTravel ExpectationsUp to 15% of overnight travelCompensation DataSalary Range: $115,000 - $145,000 USD annually based on skills and experienceEOE
