Senior DevSecOps Engineer

This is a full-time position for a Senior DevSecOps / K8s Engineer supporting one of our Government clients remotely. Preferred locations for candidates are Colorado, California, or Utah.As a Senior DevSecOps / K8s Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and securing the Kubernetes infrastructure, implementing Industry and DoD best practices for DevSecOps, and providing technical expertise and guidance to the team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Kubernetes and cloud native technologiesExperience with DoD DevSecOps methodologies and toolsKnowledge of secure coding practices and vulnerability managementExperience with infrastructure automation using tools like Ansible or TerraformExperience with cloud platforms like AWS or AzureStrong scripting and programming skills (e.g., Python, Go, Shell)Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflowsUnderstanding of network and security principlesExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong communication and documentation skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or EngineeringSecret Clearance minimum, TS preferredRelevant certifications (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator, AWS or Azure Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus
