You will develop strategy for assigned accounts and participate in the development of overall strategy.• Develop Account Strategies: Develop strategy for assigned accounts, driving growth and identifying new business opportunities. This involves analyzing client needs, market trends, and competitor activity to create targeted sales plans.• Drive Overall Performance: Oversee overall performance for assigned accounts, ensuring delivery of high-quality services and solutions that meet client expectations. This includes managing account teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive results.• Sell Solutions: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in other accounts, industries, and services, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth and expand the business.• Participate in Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of overall strategy, sharing insights and expertise to inform business decisions and drive growth.Required technical and professional expertise• Strategic Account Management: Deep expertise in developing and executing strategic account plans, driving growth, and identifying new business opportunities in a consulting services environment.• Service Delivery Leadership: Experience with overseeing the delivery of high-quality services and solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing account teams to drive results.• Solution Sales Expertise: Proven ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging expertise and networks to drive growth and expand the business into new accounts, industries, and services.• Business Strategy Development: Experience in contributing to the development of overall business strategy, informing business decisions, and driving growth through strategic planning and execution.• Industry and Market Analysis: Deep understanding of analyzing client needs, market trends, and competitor activity to create targeted sales plans and drive business growth.Must Possess Secret ClearancePreferred technical and professional experience• Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in specific industries, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements, to inform strategic account plans and drive business growth.• Advanced Analytics: Experience with data analysis and interpretation to identify new business opportunities, track market trends, and measure client satisfaction.• Digital Transformation: Experience in leveraging digital technologies to drive business growth, improve service delivery, and enhance client engagement.IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
