Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:• Submit quotations with detailed product descriptions and delivery timelines.• Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries.• Generate revenue by understanding customer technical requirements.• Service existing accounts and support new account development.• Process orders and maintain accurate sales records.• Maintain forecast and prospect information within CRM.• Communicate with customers via phone and email.• Maintain product knowledge and understand customer requirements.• Provide updates on ongoing and future projects.• Demonstrate strong organization, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.Requirements:• Years of sales, sales support, or customer service experience.• Microsoft Office proficiency.• Understanding of Enterprise Datacenter, Networking, and Client Device Technologies.• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.• VAR or Technology Company experience preferred.• CRM/database experience preferred.• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
