This is a fully remote, 100% field-based position. There is no physical office to report to; your home office will serve as your administrative base, and your actual "office" will be the field. This structure offers maximum geographic flexibility, meaning the selected representative can absolutely reside in the Baton Rouge area, commuting directly into the New Orleans territory to manage daily clinical relationships and drive market share.ResponsibilitiesField-Based Territory Growth: Lead daily in-person field sales activities to actively prospect, cold-call, and close new accounts within primary care, specialty physician practices, and medical clinics across the New Orleans metro area.Clinical Consultations: Present clinical data, product features, and financial benefits directly to physicians, practice managers, and decision-makers in their offices.Autonomous Account Management: Independent management of existing client accounts, ensuring seamless product adoption, handling reorders, and positioning additional portfolio solutions.Strategic Planning: Maintain accurate pipelines and target lists within our CRM tool from your home office, analyzing territory data to maximize daily routing efficiency between Baton Rouge and New Orleans.QualificationsSales Track Record: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of documented, successful experience in medical sales or high-performing outside sales / business-to-business (B2B) roles.Remote & Field Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently with high self-motivation, discipline, and time-management skills. Since you will not report to a local office, you must be a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment.The "Hunter" Mentality: A proven background in territory management, uncovering new opportunities, overcoming gatekeepers, and closing deals.Geography & Travel: Must be willing to travel daily within the New Orleans market. Residing in Baton Rouge is highly acceptable, provided you possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license for the daily commute.EducationBachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent professional sales achievements will be strongly considered.Required SkillsProven sales experience in medical or B2B sales.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Preferred SkillsExperience in the healthcare sector.Familiarity with CRM tools.Pay range and compensation packageUncapped Financial Upside: A stable, predictable base salary coupled with an aggressive commission structure designed to put you at or above $150,000 in your first year.
