Patient Care Assistant (PCA) IThe Patient Care Assistant (PCA) I supports patient care by ensuring comfort and safety, following the model of care at TCH, which emphasizes collaboration between patients, families, and healthcare teams. Care is culturally sensitive and age-appropriate, and all duties are delegated by a Registered Nurse according to Ohio Board of Nursing guidelines.ResponsibilitiesClinical: Perform clinical tasks assigned by the RN, adhering to Ohio Board of Nursing delegation guidelines.
