This is a critical position that will be highly visible in our operation. You will help execute our organization’s strategic goals and manage key customer relationships. Additionally, this is a position that offers long-term career growth in service operations and beyond.Principal Duties And ResponsibilitiesWork directly with and assist customers with their HVAC maintenance, repair, and equipment replacement needsTroubleshoot HVAC issues to correct mechanical failuresFocus on safety and model best safety practices for our team membersRepresent the company by serving as a direct customer contactWorks on larger RTU’s and split systems, 10-20 tons.Performs complex troubleshooting and repairs with minimal supervisorIndependently handle service callsConduct preventive maintenance and system performance optimizationLight commercial workPositively and professionally represent the DynaTen name and brand to our customersRequired Qualifications3-5 years of HVAC service experienceAdvanced system knowledge, including a strong understanding of refrigeration cycle, airflow dynamics, and system efficiency2-3 years of experience with different types of HVAC systems, including residential and light commercial units2-3 years of experience working with various control boards, relays, transformers, and sensors2-3 years of independent troubleshooting and repairs, including diagnoses and repairs more complex electrical and mechanical issues, identifying and fixing refrigerant leaks, and recharging systemsPossess EPA Certification and Texas TDLR RegistrationProven technical capabilities delivered with customer service in mindStrong verbal and written communication skills.Commitment to integrity and quality.Positive attitude and self-motivated.What You Can ExpectExceptional health, dental and vision insurance.Paid Employee Only Medical CoverageIn house and manufacturer led training, leadership developmentLong-term career growth in operationsComprehensive benefit package and employer sponsored memberships401k match, PTO, Holiday Pay, and moreStable work with a 40 hour guaranteeEEO StatementDynaTen is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversifying its workforce.
