Job Title: Senior Data Engineer (Azure/Databricks/Python)Location: Hybrid (Irvine, CA)Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale data platforms, data lakes, data warehouses, and cloud-native data solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure data technologies, modern ETL/ELT frameworks, and large-scale data engineering best practices.Key Responsibilities• Design and implement scalable Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Marts.• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud-based data platforms.• Build robust data solutions using Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake.• Perform advanced data modeling, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.• Develop integrations using REST APIs, GraphQL, XML, and JSON.• Support architecture, CI/CD, code reviews, and data engineering best practices.• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver enterprise data solutions.Required Skills• 10+ years of Data Engineering experience.• Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)• Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery• Python, Java, or Scala• Airflow, dbt, ETL/ELT• Advanced SQL, Data Modeling, Query Performance Tuning• SQL Server• Git, CI/CD• REST APIs, GraphQL, XML, JSON• Experience building and supporting enterprise-scale data platforms.Nice to Have• SSAS, SSRS• Power BI or Tableau• Financial Services, Mortgage, or Lending domain experience.
