Bookkeeper/Office Administrator

DD&B is a Fast growing construction company in business since 1981 and is seeking a construction bookkeeper and office administrator for full-time position within the company. Looking for energetic, hardworking, person who is looking for a challenge. Position has room to grow and responsibilities and duties can change and vary depending on person’s ability and liking Bookkeeping duties to include: Managing quick books across multiple projects, issue project checks, reconcile accounts, manage general expense invoices. Office administration duties to include: Order supplies. Fill out credit applications. Release checks to subcontractors, answer phones, take messages, handle incoming and outgoing mail. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $10.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Physical Setting: Office Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Attendance bonus Bonus opportunities Performance bonus Work Location: In person
