You will own defined workstreams, translate business needs into requirements, coordinate with analysts/developers, and contribute to high-quality client delivery while building strong client relationships.ResponsibilitiesSupport clients to streamline operations, automate tasks, and improve processes across finance, regulatory reporting, fund accounting, portfolio monitoring, and operationsGather, document, and validate client requirements; translate needs into user stories and configuration specificationsAssist in designing reporting and data/infrastructure solutions; document assumptions, dependencies, and timelinesConfigure products to meet requirements; support testing, defect triage, and release readiness with technical teamsBuild and maintain reports and dashboards using market-leading business intelligence toolsDefine data exchange requirements and coordinate data loads via ETL / API / SFTP; perform data quality checks and reconciliationsDevelop delivery artifacts (status updates, RAID items, test scripts, training materials, and process documentation)Prepare and present written and verbal materials (findings, recommendations, demos, and training) for client stakeholdersProvide structured input to product leaders (client feedback, enhancement ideas, backlog/roadmap support)The teamOur Finance Operate offering provides ongoing operation of the Finance function as an extension of the Finance Transformation Advise and Implement offering portfolioRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related field2+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, or finance/operations roles with exposure to automation, calculations, and/or modelingInterest in combining technology, finance/accounting, and client serviceExperience in financial services; areas of interest include:Investment Management Regulatory Reporting (Form PF, CPO-PQR, N-PORT, N-CEN, etc.)Asset-backed lendingFund finance (Subscription, NAV, and Hybrid Facilities)Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; strong written and verbal communicationProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience working in client-facing environments; ability to manage day-to-day client interactions with guidanceAbility to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred QualificationsUnderstanding of the alternative investment industryExperience with databases and financial/accounting systems; comfort with data models and reconciliationsExperience working across multiple projects/teams under tight timelinesExposure to borrowing base calculationsAI awareness and practical adoption to enhance product and user experienceThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,400-162,800.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
