divh2Senior Financial Reporting Analyst/h2pWe are seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to support accounting, reporting, and technical research activities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will assist in preparing and reviewing US GAAP financial statements, assisting in performing technical accounting analysis, and supporting the evaluation of complex transactions, including business combinations, and debt and equity arrangements./ppThe Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will support accounting activities for mergers and acquisitions, including purchase price accounting, valuation procedures, and post-acquisition integration. This role will partner closely with Finance, Legal, and Tax to ensure accurate and timely reporting aligned with business objectives. The position will also assist with external auditor requests on technical accounting matters and support SOX and internal-control documentation./ppJob Responsibilities:/pulliPrepare and support the review of quarterly and annual US GAAP financial statements, including footnotes, MDA inputs, and cash flow workpapers./liliAssist with drafting and updating financial reporting templates, disclosures, and internal reporting deliverables./liliEnsure timely, accurate, and compliant filing support across reporting cycles./liliProvide support on complex transactions, including revenue recognition, business combinations, and debt and equity arrangements./liliPerform technical research and draft accounting memos for review./liliSupport accounting for MA integration and valuation efforts./liliAssist with purchase price accounting, integration of financial reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams./liliAssist in updating and maintaining best-in-class financial reporting policies, procedures, and internal controls in accordance with SOX and audit requirements./liliContribute to process improvements related to month-end close, reporting, and internal controls./liliPartner with Finance, Legal, and Tax to ensure alignment of reporting deliverables and policy decisions with broader business strategy./liliCoordinate cross-functional information gathering to support quarterly and annual reporting./liliProvide support for external auditors on technical accounting and reporting matters./liliCoordinate and respond to audit inquiries in a timely and organized manner./liliAssist with SOX controls documentation and compliance activities./li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in Accounting required; CPA or CPA-eligible preferred./lili35 years of progressive accounting experience, with a mix of public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and/or industry experience./liliExperience in a high-growth or PE-backed company preferred./liliSolid understanding of US GAAP; exposure to financial reporting or SEC reporting is a plus./liliDemonstrated ability to perform technical accounting research and draft accounting memos./liliExperience supporting business combinations, asset acquisitions, or valuation activities is a plus./liliStrong knowledge of internal controls, SOX principles, and financial systems./liliStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain accounting concepts clearly./liliHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment./li/ulpAbout Integrity:/ppIntegrity is one of the nations leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
