We thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace challenges as opportunities to shape the future, together._______________________________________________________________________________________________________The DevOps team plays a pivotal role in enabling BioIntelliSense’s engineering organization to ship reliable, high-quality software across our cloud infrastructure and applications. The team focuses on CI/CD pipeline development, infrastructure-as-code, and observability to ensure consistent and secure deployments across multiple environments. This role will own and evolve core DevOps capabilities, including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, and platform reliability across multiple production environments.Your role will require an AI-native mindset — leveraging modern AI tooling to accelerate development workflows and bring automation-first thinking to everything you build. Your contributions will have a major impact in BioIntelliSense’s mission to improve patient care around the world.What You'll Be DoingDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Python, .NET/C#, and Flutter (Android/iOS) projects using Bitbucket Pipelines and CircleCIArchitect, maintain, and improve infrastructure-as-code using Terraform for AWS-native applicationsLead improvements in monitoring, alerting, and services reliability using tools like DatadogDrive reliability and infrastructure optimization for performance, cost, and business continuity plansSupport Databricks asset bundle (DABs) deployments and contribute to data platform reliabilityCollaborate cross-functionally to standardize deployment and development workflowsIntroduce and operationalize AI-enabled DevOps tools and agents to improve automation, code quality, and CI/CD efficiencyParticipate in on-call rotations and incident management processes as neededWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering7-10 years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or a related discipline, including internships or academic projectsStrong written and oral communication skills. Strong experience designing and operating CI/CD systems at scaleTake initiative on continued automation improvements and proactively identify opportunities to reduce toilProven hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and building high reliability and availability platformsSolid understanding of software development lifecycle best practices and tooling such as, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or JiraPreferred Experience:Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines, CircleCI, or GitHub ActionsExperience with AWS services such as ECS/Fargate, Lambda, EventBridge, and networking/securityHands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and observability platforms like DatadogFamiliarity with healthcare technology context such as HIPAA requirements and complianceCompany Culture And BenefitsOur Workplace Culture:We’re a dynamic remote-first environment, with offices in Golden, CO and Redwood City, CA and a talented, motivated team of colleagues globally.
