Workday Hcm Analyst/LeadLocation: Charlotte, NC / Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid 3-Days onsite)Duration: 6+ Months on W2Consultant Type: W2 onlyJob Summary: This position will be on the Core HCM Workday product team. This person will be a key partner with business and product stakeholders to gather/refine requirements, assist with development, and complete UAT testing prior to release. Excellent communication is a must as they will be working closely with executive-level employees, as well as the product team.Required Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM in an analyst or lead roleStrong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testingDeep understanding of Workday Business Process FrameworkPreferred Qualifications:Experience with additional HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time)Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrationsPrior Workday certificationExperience supporting Workday tenants in large, complex organizations
