Employment ServicesSoftware PublishersBusiness Support ServicesComputer Systems Design and Related ServicesManagement, Scientific, and Technical Consulting ServicesRole: CLM Agiloft Solutions ArchitectLocation: ONSITE- Charlotte NC/ RemoteDescriptions:Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsAn Agiloft job typically involves implementing, configuring, and supporting the company's no-code Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software to automate business processes and workflows.Hands-on experience with one or more CLM tools/products such as: Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, Apttus, Conga, DocuSign CLM, SpringCM, etc.Experience implementing signature tools such as: Adobe Sign, DocuSign, etcWell-versed in business process mapping, workflow diagrams, template assembly, merge field mapping and configuration of CLM tools.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAbility to create and maintain well-written artifacts such as process flows, user stories, and designdocumentation.Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills.Deliver end-to-end CLM implementations by:Assessing the current state and defining future state processes based on areas for improvement and fit-gap analysisWork with business users to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.Design scalable and reliable solutionsManaging the implementation/development of the solutionServe as a liaison between the business and the development teamsRefine business requirements and manage business priorities while ensuring scope alignment.Lead and facilitate design workshops, document the output/findings, create user stories, and obtain customer sign-off.Author and manage contract templates, manage clause libraries, workflows, and other CLM configurations.Recommend, contribute to, and apply CLM best practicesCreate clear and accurate training materials.Conduct user training and/or Train-The-Trainer sessions.Partner with executive/project sponsors to promote user adoption.Appropriately assess and communicate risks as well as alternative solutions where necessary.Skills: Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)Experience Required: 4-6
