Registered Nurse - Alternative Level of Care Unit

Unit Description: UVMMC's Alternative Level of Care Unit currently has around 10 long-term care patients that are awaiting placement. Patients on this unit will have a variety of different diagnoses. The environment of the unit is consistent with that of a long-term care facility. Candidates must have strong communication and leadership skills. Charge nurse experience preferred. Long term care experience preferred.On-call: Not requiredRequirements:Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.ADN required, BSN preferred.Appropriate experience in specific clinical area.
