Assistant Cage Supervisor- Full Time (Caesars Palace LV)

ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations and personnel within the Cage and Cashier departments during assigned shifts. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration across departments. Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and other applicable governmental guidelines. Safeguard company assets while maintaining efficient and courteous service in alignment with service standards. Monitor Cage activities to ensure adherence to operational procedures and regulatory requirements. Authorize credit transactions within established limits. Oversee banking functions including check and marker processing, and currency purchases. Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer disputes professionally. Prepare and manage staff schedules to meet business needs and maintain operational efficiency. Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development. Participate in the recruitment and interviewing process for Cashier positions. Serve as a role model by upholding company values and encouraging professional conduct. Maintain consistent attendance and compliance with all company and regulatory policies. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Cage Manager. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
