The NetSuite Administrator/Developer must be a proven senior NetSuite ROCK STAR that will be responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of the NetSuite ERP system, including maintenance and enhancements to existing NetSuite modules through customizations, scripts, and workflows. You bring a wealth of NetSuite knowledge to our team and can lead short- and mid-term projects that align with the NetSuite roadmap. This position requires a highly dedicated individual who can deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and serves as the technical subject matter expert SME for our NetSuite ERP. You will manage the NetSuite development and be required to manage the NetSuite roadmap and NetSuite developers.At DataBank, it is our people that set us apart. We surround those infrastructure platforms with hands-on managed security and compliance services to help our customers effectively manage risk, improve their technology performance, and focus on their core business.Our greatest competitive advantage, though, is our people and our culture.ResponsibilitiesEvaluating, architecting, and implementing NetSuite best practicesDeveloping, updating, troubleshooting, and maintaining code and customizations including NetSuite workflows, reports, and scriptsManaging internal developers and external NetSuite development partners, integrations, and vendorsWorking with NetSuite users on day-to-day support tasks and enhancement requestCreating customized objects to meet our business needs, including tables, fields, forms, Restlets and Suitelets.Assist in the development and architecture of integrations between NetSuite and other systems/applications using MulesoftConfiguring application behavior controlsLead the NetSuite developers to accomplish the tasks on the roadmap in a timely fashionPartnering with our Compliance team to ensure we meet SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) requirementsCreation of detailed user and technical documentation for new and existing customizationsCreation of detailed requirements/scope documents and project roadmapsMentoring others to drive self-service and self-sufficiency within the platformOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent on-the-job experience.Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing, supporting and doing developments on complex NetSuite IT environmentsMinimum 5+ years of experience managing NetSuite developers with proven experience of delivering solutions on timeSuiteCloud Developer II certifiedWorking knowledge of NetSuite multibook, multi-entity and multicurrency functionalityCommunicate clearly, both verbally and in writingYou can work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projectsYou can lead NetSuite developers by scheduling work in sprints and ensure commitments are met on time.You have familiarity working on SOX compliance and preferably working with StrongPoint and OktaYou are not a "Yes" person.
