Marketing & Proposal Coordinator

The Marketing & Communications Associate is responsible for assisting with development of RFQs, proposals, planning and implementing communication strategies; overseeing the company's social media promotion; and creating communication materials.Essential Duties and FunctionsRespond to requests for information from the media or designate an appropriate spokesperson or information sourceEnsure branding standards are in place and being followedPlan or direct development or communication of programs to maintain favourable public or stockholder perceptions of an organization's accomplishments, agenda, or environmental responsibilityDevelopment and delivery of Statements of Qualifications (proposals) for new business, project sheets and presentation materialsPost and update content on the company's Web site and social mediaWork with Human Resources to create promotional materials for career fairs and new employeesWrite press releases or other media communications to promote clientsPrepare or edit organizational publicationsArrange public appearances, lectures, contests, or exhibits for clients to increase product or service awareness or to promote goodwillParticipate in career development training as assigned by Human Resources ManagerRequired Skills and Knowledge3+ years' experience in a marketing and communications roleAbility to manage multiple projects under strict deadlinesExceptional attention to detailProven leadership skillsAbility to work well on a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)J-18808-Ljbffr
