Job Details:Position Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician.Location: Upstate, NY.Duration: 1+ Year (with possible extension).Interview Mode: Technical + Manager Round.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Clean room, interlock, door adjustments, drywall repair.Not just calibration, general mechanic, maintenance, dry wall, body work.Routine PM visual inspection.Support clean room activities.Epoxy floor repairs currently.Hands On – Interlock – low voltage stuff, roof repairs.GMP documentation background.Standout CV?Construction background more so than engineering.Roofing experience.PM experience is beneficial.Low Voltage experience, 24V Interlock experience.Clean Room: Bondo repair (Mudding and taping) Car repair and body work.
