We solve high-stakes talent problems for fast-growing teams.The Role: Account Executive (Inbound + Consultative Sales)We’re hiring an Account Executive who can run complex, consultative sales cycles—not just close deals.You’ll work with founders, hiring managers, and technical leaders to understand their hiring challenges and guide them toward the right solution (freelance, full-time, or team-based).This role sits at the intersection of sales + recruiting + operations—you won’t just sell, you’ll drive successful hires.What You’ll OwnRun High-Quality Discovery (Not Just Qualification)Lead structured discovery calls with inbound leadsUnderstand technical requirements, urgency, hiring constraints, and decision dynamicsPush beyond surface-level needs to uncover real hiring blockersDrive Deals End-to-EndManage the full cycle from first call → candidate delivery → closeNavigate multi-stakeholder decisions (founders, CTOs, HR)Maintain momentum across longer, non-linear hiring cyclesPartner Closely with Recruiters (Matching Team)Translate client needs into clear, actionable signals for matchingProvide fast feedback loops on candidates and client expectationsAct as the bridge between client and talent, ensuring alignmentAct Like an Operator, Not Just a SellerProactively unblock deals (pricing, positioning, urgency)Identify drop-offs and re-engage stalled opportunitiesTake ownership of outcomes—not just activityMaintain High Sales DisciplineKeep CRM clean and actionableTrack deal progress, risks, and next steps clearlyPrioritize effectively across multiple active rolesWhat Success Looks LikeIn this role, top performers:Run sharp, structured discovery calls that uncover real needsMaintain high deal velocity without sacrificing qualityConsistently turn qualified leads into successful hiresBuild strong trust with both clients and internal recruiting teamsRequirements3+ years in sales (AE, SDR, or similar), ideally in:SaaS, marketplaces, or recruiting/staffingProven ability to manage conversations, not just follow scriptsStrong communication skills—clear, structured, and confidentHighly coachable with a strong feedback loopComfortable operating in fast-paced, slightly ambiguous environmentsAvailable during working hours to handle live inbound demandStrong Plus If You HaveExperience selling talent, hiring solutions, or developer-focused productsExposure to technical roles or engineering teamsExperience working in startup or high-growth environments
