Account Coordinator

🎯 What You’ll DoWe are seeking a Sales Account Coordinator to join our client’s commercial team. This role is focused on building long-term, trusted relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow and expand accounts through cross-selling and upselling different product lines.✅ Your Core Responsibilities• Fully manage, retain, and grow assigned customer accounts• Act as the main point of contact for all post-sale customer matters• Work closely with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives• Respond to client inquiries and identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional day-to-day service• Keep the CRM system updated with accurate account information and interactions• Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities• Assist with escalations and challenging client requests when necessary• Forecast and track key account metrics and performance indicators🔍 What We’re Looking For• Strong written and spoken Spanish and English• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Strong attention to detail• Ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships• Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with numbers and data• Ability to explain concepts clearly, concisely, and persuasively• Ability to think quickly and adapt to client questions and needs• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach✨ Preferred Skills• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field• 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience with a proven track record• Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar systems• Experience working in a team-oriented environment🧠 Personality• Customer-focused and relationship-driven• Proactive and detail-oriented• Adaptable and able to handle multiple priorities• Collaborative team player• Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership🛠️ Software & Tools• CRM software (HubSpot preferred)• Internal sales and account management tools• Communication and reporting platforms🗓️ Schedule9am to 5pm EST
