Project locations span Somerville, Brighton, Quincy, Braintree, Seaport, Back Bay, Everett, and beyond.Job DescriptionServe as the Lead Superintendent for a new $12M / 32-unit luxury condominium project in East Boston.Oversee daily field operations, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and safety compliance.Ensure top-tier quality control and timely delivery of all project milestones.Collaborate closely with ownership, project managers, and stakeholders throughout construction.Maintain daily reporting, documentation, and communication with internal and external teams.Lead from the front-hands-on when necessary while maintaining full operational oversight.Represent the builder professionally with clients, inspectors, consultants, and vendors.Uphold site safety standards and ensure all work complies with local and state regulations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
