Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds - 11 · Number of Staff – 28 · Type of staff: o Day Shift – 1 charge 7a-7p, 1 AM RN 7a-7p, 1 RN 10a-10p, 1 PCT o Night Shift – 1 charge 7p-7a, 1 PM RN 7p-7a, 1 RN 1p-1a, 1 PCT · Patient Ratios – 1 : 2-3 · Type of equipment – Phillips monitors, HillRom beds, Omnicell, GE EKG machine, Lifepak 20e defibrillator, Lucas device, Verathon bladder scanner · EMR – Meditech Expanse Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · 3 years recent ED experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. · Previous experience as charge role (not necessarily to charge here, but to know they can multi-task and think independently) List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · STEMI protocol, Stroke protocol, Conscious Sedation, Chest Tubes, Codes, Intubation, Laceration repair, Antivenom infustion, RNs do ortho splinting Best personality Fit: · Friendly, Honest, Flexible, Multi-tasker, Compassionate, Works well with others, sense of urgency when needed, possesses superb critical thinking skills REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC WHY JUDGE HEALTHCARE?
