About the Opportunity:The Program Manager in the Aerospace and Defense Interconnect Solutions Business Unit is responsible for managing projects and programs aligned with strategic sector initiatives. This role supports senior program managers by coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining program profitability and compliance. The position contributes directly to the efficient execution of projects within the aerospace and defense sector.3. Responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing projects aligned with strategic objectivesCoordinate activities among cross-functional teamsFacilitate communication between team members and stakeholdersMaintain accurate project documentation and deliverablesDevelop and monitor project schedules and milestonesTrack project and part margins to ensure profitabilityProvide updates and gather feedback from stakeholdersEnsure compliance with contract and regulatory requirementsInvestigate and resolve client or stakeholder issuesSupport proposals for funding new resources when applicable4. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field preferred, or 2+ years of experience in aerospace and defense manufacturingStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesProficient in data analysis and reportingExperience with project management software such as Microsoft Project and VisioWillingness to travel approximately 25% to customer and organizational sites5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Estimated salary range: $93,920 to $156,533Annual or quarterly company bonus may apply depending on positionShift premium may be available for alternative shifts based on assignment and location6.
