Safety/Quality Manager

Safety & Quality Manager Location: San Antonio,TX Pay: $70-75K Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Are you ready to lead safety, food safety, and quality initiatives in a dynamic Service Center environment? is looking for a dedicated Safety & Quality Manager to drive results and ensure compliance across key safety and quality processes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee safety, food safety, and quality performance, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Implement and monitor IFCO’s Safety and Quality Management System. Manage root cause analysis for food safety and quality non-conformances. Lead environmental health and safety programs, including New Employee Orientation. Conduct incident investigations, determine root causes, and develop corrective actions. Collaborate with Global Safety & Quality teams to improve key metrics and processes. Oversee hazardous waste storage, disposal, and documentation. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in EHS/Quality in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with sanitation chemicals and environmental monitoring. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently. Ready to make a change? Apply now!
