Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint./ppThe future is circular/ph2Responsibilities/h2ulliDrive safety, food safety, and quality results in the assigned Service Center. Monitor key processes and data that drive safety, food safety, and quality, process consistency, review food safety and quality metrics key performance indicators, identify gaps and concerns, and work with the management team to improve results./liliPerform and initiate all activities in support of environmental health and safety and quality initiatives, New Employee Orientation, and Quality Management System training./liliEnsure effective and efficient compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and agencies, managing facility safety, food safety, and quality processes./liliEvaluate root cause remediation and coordinate appropriate corrective actions, as well as communications for food safety and quality nonconformances./liliEnforce compliance of regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, etc.), including company EHS policies and procedures./liliOversee hazardous waste storage area, waste reduction monitoring, and ensure regulatory agency compliance, labelling, containment, proper disposal and documentation./liliRequire all new materials and supply orders to include Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to evaluate new raw materials for facility use, considering safety and regulatory factors./liliManage facility workplace incident investigations to include responding to and reporting all incidents, conducting incident investigations, determining root cause, establishing recurrence prevention plans, and following through. Recognize and reward input from employees that improves safety and health in the workplace./liliImprove Quality dashboard tracking by site and partner with the Global Safety Quality team and Operations Plant leadership to drive improvements where necessary./liliLead the development, implementation, documentation, and execution of the wash machine cleaning and sanitization procedures, including standard work instructions, scheduling guidance, nozzle cleaning, and monitoring and compliance monitoring and tracking to set standards./li/ulh2Qualifications/h2ulli3+ years of experience in an EHS/Quality position in a manufacturing environment./liliExperience in working with sanitation chemicals./liliExperience with environmental monitoring and cleaning verification./liliExcellent organizational and follow-up skills./liliExceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills./liliStrong computer skills and understanding of process methodologies./liliAbility to take initiative and work independently./liliAbility to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities./liliComputer literate, Microsoft Office applications, and ERP system./liliIndustry: Logistics and/or Supply Chain expertise preferred.
