Onsite HR Representative (Temporary)

As a valued member of our company, you will work in a mission-driven environment aimed at preserving the planet's resources while providing healthy plant-based products to millions of consumers around the world.What you will Do:I-9 audit projectSupport engagement survey projectSupport HR digitalization projects - training employees, transitioning paper personnel files to digitalSupport HRIS transactions - hire, term, payroll, time and attendanceStaffing, orientation and onboarding supportSupport associate relations in the HR officeIssuance of employee badgesProvide day-to-day support to the HR teamOther projects as assignedWhat you will Need:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or additional relevant work experience is required.2-3 years of HR experience required.Previous experience in manufacturing or distribution center environment is strongly preferred;Experience with I-9 compliance and audit remediation- a plus if they have supported HR audits or compliance driven projectsExperience with HR digitalization or document management initiativesExperienced with HRIS systems (preferably UKG) and data transactions and reporting as well as time and attendance systemsExperienced with conducting new hire orientationsExperienced with completing bi-weekly payroll processesExperienced with serving as a frontline HR contact for employeesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsWilling and able to flex hours as needed for business.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-based environmentPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsAbility to work onsite in an HR office environmentAbility to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periodsSuccess Factors for This RoleHigh level of accuracy and compliance mindsetComfort operating in a tactical, execution-focused HR roleStrong customer service orientationFlexibility and adaptability during periods of change and increased workloadCompensation & Benefits:We offer a competitive rate of $30.00/hr commensurate with experience and qualifications.
