Key responsibilities:
Lead, train, and evaluate field project team members, providing direction, support, and mentorship.
Plan, organize, and direct the production of the assigned scope of work, including the effective management of manpower and materials.
Work closely with the Project Superintendent and other trades to coordinate production.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, inspectors, the general contractor, and other trades.
Enforce and promote high standards of quality and safety, ensuring all work meets project specifications and applicable codes.
Utilize company-provided technology, including an iPad and smartphone, to manage project information, track progress, and ensure work is completed on time while exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements:
Five years of field supervisory experience, managing scope on multi-million-dollar projects;
Strong knowledge of the IECC, ICC, and ASHRAE Standards, local codes, and construction safety requirements;
Active Journeyman or Master license, as well as OSHA 30 certification preferred;
Effective communication and reporting skills, as well as knowledge of commonly used computer software.
