Clinical Audiologist

Inspired Hearing Solutions in Richmond VA is in search of a Clinical Audiologist to join our awesome team!Inspired Hearing Solutions is a 'small but mighty' private practice in the Richmond VA area seeking another Clinical Audiologist (preferably full-time but also open to part-time) to join our compassionate, patient-focused, no-drama team.We offer a wide range of audiologic services, to include diagnostics (audiometry, tympanometry, acoustic reflexes, otoacoustic emissions), hearing aids (consultations, fitting, check, and repairs), cerumen removal, custom molds/earplugs, real ear measurements, HIT/test box measures, and APD testing. With the addition of another provider, we will also be adding BAHA and CI services (consultation, mapping, programming, etc.). Willing to train on any of these services that a candidate might not have direct experience with (for example: REM, HIT, APD, CI, etc). Our current team consists of one audiologist (the owner of the practice), an audiology/hearing aid assistant, a patient care coordinator, and a receptionist/biller. But we want YOU to join us! We are laid-back and friendly yet hard-working and dedicated to patient care.The best candidate for this position is one who employs best practices (or would like to), is a quick learner, a compassionate ‘people-person’, a team-player, and an independent, hard-worker with initiative and drive. We are offering a competitive salary ($75,000-$95,000) plus commission and bonuses and excellent benefits (PTO, 401K/retirement, health insurance, etc.). We can also offer great flexibility! The Richmond area has a lot to offer. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the many running/mountain biking trails and the ability to raft down the James River right through the heart of downtown. The mountains, the beach, and/or the city (Washington, D.C.) are only a 1-1.5-hour drive away.
