We provide career advancement opportunities from within the organization across multiple locations in the US, South America, and India.Location: Nations Benefits Hearing Center in Richmond, VA- Sam's Club #63439440 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23294Position Overview:In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating hearing aid candidacy, recommending and fitting hearing aids, and building lasting relationships with patients through education, follow‑up care, and community engagement. You will work in a retail‑based clinical environment that combines professional autonomy with strong operational support.Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations using best‑practice clinical protocolsInterpret test results and recommend individualized hearing care solutions based on patient needs and lifestylePresent product options clearly, emphasizing value, long‑term benefits, and patient outcomesProgram, fit, and verify hearing instruments, including new, premium technology from major manufacturersPerform routine follow‑up visits, cleanings, adjustments, and hearing aid repairsMaintain accurate and compliant patient records, including documentation and outcome measuresDeliver exceptional service that supports patient satisfaction, loyalty, and positive clinical outcomesCollaborate with leadership and peers to support center performance and continuous improvement Qualifications & SkillsCurrent Audiology license or Hearing Aid Dispensing license in the state of role (required)Strong clinical, counseling, and interpersonal skillsAbility to explain technical concepts in a clear, patient‑friendly mannerComfort working in a retail healthcare settingCommitment to ethical practice and patient‑focused careWillingness to participate in ongoing professional development
