Senior Finance Manager

We're working with a large financial institution who is hiring a Senior FP&A Manager. This position will own the development and ongoing refinement of financial forecasts, supporting leadership with forward-looking insights on revenue, expenses, balance sheet trends, and key performance drivers. The role partners closely with business lines, treasury, and risk to evaluate performance, identify risks, and guide strategic decisions.Key Responsibilities:Lead forecasting across income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow, including annual budgets and periodic updatesAnalyze performance versus plan and communicate key variances and drivers to leadershipBuild and enhance financial models reflecting changes in rates, market conditions, and business strategySupport capital and liquidity planning through scenario analysisPartner with risk to incorporate credit and macro assumptions into forecastsContribute to executive reporting, performance scorecards, and profitability analysisSupport data analysis, model validation, and process improvements across FP&APrepare materials for senior management, auditors, and regulators as neededOversee analyst work streams and support team deliverablesQualifications:Banking industry experience requiredBachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA a plus5–10 years of FP&A or strategic finance experienceFamiliarity with planning tools and advanced Excel modelingStrong analytical, communication, and project management skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlinesKnowledge of banking products, pricing, and profitability analytics is highly valuedWhy work here:Join an industry leader with no history of mass layoffsGrowing organization with internal progression and opportunitiesComprehensive compensation and benefits
