Oracle Case Management, ConsultantExperience:Strong knowledge of clinical workflows for Case Management (e.g., Utilization review, discharge planning, denials, and appeals processes)Strong knowledge of workflows in which Finance and Case Management need to interact/communicate, and available mechanisms for communication/collaboration (E.g., worklists, denials/appeals, inter-communications within health system, external communications with payors)Strong knowledge of features within the Oracle Case Management module, and other features within Oracle that could be leveraged to enhance case management workflow (e.g., worklists, work queue monitor, message center/pools)Ability to customize the Oracle Case Management moduleGood communication and presentation skills.Nice to have, preferred skill(s):CCL skills for localization/customization of the Oracle Case Management/Millenium products.
