AI Architect/Engineer
Job Title: AI ArchitectWe are seeking an accomplished AI Architect to join our growing team and lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions for our clients.As the AI Architect, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our AI capabilities, focusing on implementing impactful AI use cases and building robust, scalable AI systems. You will apply artificial intelligence to enhance our clients' IT infrastructure and business processes, requiring deep expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and AI integration.Key Responsibilities:Strategy and Leadership:Develop and execute AI strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions that drive measurable outcomes.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI and data science teams, managing AI model development, deployment, and optimisation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and systems.Technical Design and Implementation:Design and implement AI frameworks, including data pipelines, model development, and deployment systems.Identify, prioritise, and translate AI use cases into effective technical solutions.Manage the lifecycle of AI models from development through deployment, monitoring, and retraining.Innovation and Best Practices:Stay informed about emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices.Recommend and implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance organisational capabilities and competitiveness.Ensure AI solutions comply with industry standards, regulations, and ethical considerations.Quality Assurance and Risk Management:Implement best practices to mitigate security risks and uphold data privacy.Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.Qualifications:Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in AI/ML architecture with hands-on experience in deploying AI solutions.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Apache Hadoop, SQL, NoSQL databases)Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)Advanced programming skills in Python, R, or similar languagesExperience with AI workflow and pipeline architecturesSoft Skills:Exceptional communication and project management abilitiesProven leadership experience managing cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilitiesAdditional Preferences:Familiarity with Agile software development practices and microservices architectureExperience with NVIDIA technology stack and Generative AI modelsKnowledge of AI ethics and governance frameworksEmployment Details:Job Type: Remote, permanent/contractSalary: Competitive, with a comprehensive benefits packageHow to Apply:If you are passionate about AI and ready to make a significant impact in the Life Science industry, we'd love to hear from you.
