Solutions Architect - RFID

This role acts as the bridge between business and technology. You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges, design tailored solutions combining software and hardware, and support both the sales process and the implementation phase to ensure the solution delivers real business value.Preferred location: Luxembourg or neighboring countries (with occasional presence in the office).ResponsibilitiesServe as a technical advisor to sales teams, supporting pre-sales engagements and customer presentations.Partner with customers to identify their challenges and translate them into customized solutions aligned with client's product portfolio.Develop comprehensive architectural documentation, including system diagrams, technical specifications, and integration designs.Provide support to post-sales teams during solution deployment and troubleshooting activities when required.Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to continuously enhance and refine solution offerings.Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive the development of innovative, future-ready solutions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering5+ years' of relevant experienceStrong knowledge of both software (applications, cloud solutions, databases) and hardware (RFID encoding & reading, optical scanning, networking, servers, storage, IoT) technologiesStrong working knowledge of RFID and NFC is requiredGood communication skillsFlexibility to travel 25-30%English level advanced
