Senior Reporting Analyst

A leading energy infrastructure organization is seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst with deep Oracle OBIEE experience to support enterprise reporting, dashboard development, and reporting optimization initiatives. This is a highly visible, hands-on role responsible for partnering with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, accurate, and business-driven reporting solutions across finance and operations.Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and support OBIEE dashboards, Answers, subject areas, and reporting solutions• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable reporting outputs• Develop and optimize enterprise reports using OBIEE, BI Publisher, SQL, Cognos, and Crystal Reports• Build parameter-driven dashboards, drill-through capabilities, and executive reporting solutions• Support report rationalization and consolidation initiatives across multiple reporting platforms• Establish reporting standards, data governance practices, and KPI consistency• Source and integrate data from Oracle EBS/R12, SQL Server, and Essbase environments• Troubleshoot report logic, validate data accuracy, and support production reporting activities• Mentor business users and analysts on reporting tools and best practices• Support formal change management and documentation processesQualifications:• 8+ years of enterprise reporting experience• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle OBIEE including Answers, Dashboards, Subject Areas, and BI Publisher• Experience supporting Oracle EBS/R12 reporting environments• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills• Experience with Cognos, Crystal Reports, Excel4apps, and enterprise reporting tools• Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting governance, and data warehouse concepts• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• Experience within Oil & Gas, energy, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferredThis opportunity is ideal for a senior reporting professional who enjoys operating independently, partnering with business leaders, and driving enterprise reporting improvements in a fast-paced environment.Location: Houston, TX (Downtown)HYBRID ScheduleNo C2C - Not a contract position but a direct hire with benefitsNo relocation assistanceNo Sponsorship now or in the futureLI-#HP-1
