**NO C2C**6-12 Month Contract - to - hireOur team is expanding its use of Microsoft Copilot and AI agents, and we’re looking for a business‑facing AI Analyst to help drive adoption across the organization.This role sits at the intersection of AI, O365, and the business—partnering with teams to design, build, and roll out Copilot agents that enhance how people work every day.What you’ll do:Work directly with business users to identify opportunities for AI‑driven automationBuild and deploy agents using Copilot Studio (Power Platform)Connect data and workflows across O365, SharePoint, and CopilotSupport pilots using Copilot and Claude and help scale successful use casesTrain, guide, and “win over” users to drive real adoption and changeWhat we’re looking for:3–5 years of experience as an Analyst / Business Analyst / Solutions AnalystStrong O365 & Power Platform background (SharePoint a plus)Hands‑on or emerging experience with Copilot Studio and AI agentsHighly business‑facing with strong communication and change‑management skillsApproachable, personable, and able to build trust across teamsIf you enjoy connecting the dots between technology and people—and want to help shape how AI is used across the business—this is a great opportunity.
