The company supports commercial and hospitality projects, including hotel new builds, renovations, and related door and hardware packages. This role supports a small, fast-moving team where organization, accountability, and hands-on operational ownership are critical.Position OverviewThe Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and project coordination across multiple active Division 08 jobs. This role is responsible for tracking project status, coordinating with internal team members, reviewing reports, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects continue moving forward. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, experienced in doors and hardware, and able to grow into a broader operations leadership role over time.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations across approximately 8–12 active projectsTrack project status, deadlines, priorities, and next steps across all open jobsLead regular job review rhythms and ensure the team has clear visibility into project progressCoordinate with estimators, project managers, field operations, and leadership to keep projects movingMonitor Division 08 project activity, including ordering, submittals, payment status, and overall job progressionUse Comsense reports to review project status and identify items requiring follow-upMaintain organized schedules, project updates, and operational tracking across active jobsIdentify bottlenecks, delays, missing information, or coordination issues before they impact deliverySupport internal communication between estimating, project management, and field operationsEnsure team members understand priorities, responsibilities, and follow-up itemsHelp improve operational processes, reporting, and project management workflows as the company growsOperate hands-on in systems, reports, and project details rather than only delegating workQualificationsRequired QualificationsStrong operations, business, or project coordination experienceExperience in Division 08, doors, frames, hardware, or a closely related commercial construction specialtyStrong understanding of door and hardware terminology, project flow, and industry-specific detailsProven ability to organize and manage multiple active projects at the same timeStrong scheduling, follow-up, and project tracking skillsHands-on work style with the ability to dive into reports, systems, and project detailsAbility to work effectively in a small, fast-moving team environmentStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple internal rolesStrong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindsetAbility to operate independently without heavy oversightFluent in English (C1/C2 level)Preferred Qualifications10+ years of general operations, business, or project management experience2+ years of experience specifically in doors, frames, hardware, or Division 08Experience using Comsense, especially for reports and project status trackingExperience with Monday.com, SharePoint, Excel, Word, or similar business toolsExperience overseeing commercial or hospitality / hotel projectsExperience working in a small company environment with high ownership expectationsInterest and ability to grow into a senior operations leadership role over timeWork Environment & Compensation Schedule: Full-time (40 Hours a week - US EST Business Time )Compensation: $12–$15/hour USD, depending on experienceLocation: Remote (LATAM Applicants only)Role focus: 100% operations and project oversightProject focus: Division 08 doors, frames, and hardwareActive project load: Approximately 8–12 jobs at a timeWe look forward to reviewing your application.
